    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Feta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Skim Milk, .66 cup (remove)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 6 oz (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Basil, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)


spray bottom of 9 X 13" pan with oil, add vegetables, then cheese, then egg, milk, flour and seasonig mixture, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, bake for 30 minutes @ 400 degrees
