Ingredients

    1lb of chicken breast (no skin)
    3tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 Cup Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    1 Lemon

Tips

(Italian Salad Dressing Mix works or an herb salad dressing mix will work too)


Directions

- Add 1 Cup Chicken Broth or Bouillon to the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Place Chicken breast on Crock Pot
- Sprinkle with Seasoning
- Cut Lemon in half & squeeze juice over the chicken.
- Cut Lemon slices and put on top of chicken for the duration of the cooking.

- Serve over quinoa or pasta
