    2 Tbsp butter
    1 1/2 TBSP flour

    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)


melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour. Once smooth, slowly add milk. Add parmesan and cheddar cheese. Continue to stir over low heat until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth.

Serving Size: Makes enough sauce for 8 pasta servings.
