    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Onions, 3 large
    Green Bell Peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    Brown Rice, 1.5 cups cooked
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cups, chopped
    Zucchini, 2 cups, chopped
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion, and green pepper till brown and tender. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
