Ingredients

    1 lb lean pork cut in cubes
    3 stalks celery sliced
    2 cups onion large dice
    1/2 cup green bell pepper sliced
    1/2 cup red sweet pepper sliced
    1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
    2 cups bean sprouts (or one can)
    1 small jar diced or sliced pimentos
    2 Tbsp molasses
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 to 3 Tbsp corn starch
    soy sauce or salt to taste
    1 cup cooked brown rice

Tips

If sauce is too thick add a little more chicken broth. You may prefer to eliminate the corn starch.


Directions

Add oil to wok or saute pan. Saute pork on all sides in a wok or large saute pan. Add vegetables and stir fry until crisp tender. Combine molasses, chicken broth and corn starch, pour over vegetables and stir until sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve over cooked rice
