Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 4.5 serving
    Ground beef, extra lean, 10 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup
    *Hormel Bacon Bits, 2 tbsp
    Salsa, 4 tbsp

Directions

Chop onions, green peppers and cook with ground beef. Add tomatoes and frozen corn. Add taco seasoning and simmer.

Put salsa in bottom of a 7x11 baking pan. Cut tortillas into strips and layer some on top of salsa. Top with meat mixture, then layer 1/3 of the cheese and 1/3 of the bacon bits, add a layer of tortillas to that and continue layering meat, cheese and tortillas. Top with remaining cheese and bacon bits.

Cook at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
