Ingredients

    1 medium summer squash
    3 1/4 inch thick onion slices
    1.5 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
    1.5 tsp garlic powder

Tips

Double wrap the pouch to keep the juices from leaking out and creating flare-ups during cooking.


Directions

Slice the onion and squash how you desire. Then add all ingredients into an aluminum foil pouch and cook on the gas grill for 10-15 minutes.
