Ingredients

    20 slices - Swirl Cinnamon Bread
    8 oz. - Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat)
    8 oz - Fat Free Cream Cheese
    3 cup - Skim Milk
    2 cup - Egg Substitute
    1 cup - Fat Free Half and Half Cream
    1 cup - Granulated Sugar
    1 tbsp - Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch - Nutmeg

Directions

Trim crust from bread. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Arrange half the bread in two rows of 6 each.

Wish together milk, 1 1/2 cups egg substitute, half and half and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl. Pour half the mixture (3 cups) over the bread.

In food processor, combine 1/2 cup egg substitute, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and cream cheeses. Spread over moist bread in dish.

Top with remaining bread. Pour remaining milk mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 35 degrees. Uncover and bake for 55 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.

If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
