    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    Oatmeal (plain), 0.3 cup dry (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pumpkin Seeds, .5 cup (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled (remove)
    *Black Currants, dried, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Almond, Raw, Sliced, .5 cup (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .33 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    Honey, .25 cup (remove)
    Light Corn Syrup, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 fl oz (remove)
    Chocolate Chips (milk free 1tbsp), 2 serving (remove)
