    2 whole wheat flour tortillas
    4 TBSP refried beans, divided
    1/4 cup Monterey Jack shredded cheese
    2 TBSP salsa
    1/4 of an avocado, sliced


Heat frying pan over med-lo heat. Spread 2 TBSP refried beans onto a tortilla; place bean side up in pan. Add cheese, avocado and salsa. Spread remaining 2 TBSP refried beans over second toritilla; place on top of tortilla in pan. Cook about 4 minutes per side.
