Introduction

This is an omelet that's a favorite for my husband. This is an omelet that's a favorite for my husband.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 medium eggs
    2 TBSP Shredded light cheese
    2 TBSP Mild Salsa
    2 TBSP Water
    2 slices of Carl Buddig Deli ham (less than 0.5 oz usually)

Tips

For extra flavor, you can chop up some onions too if you'd like, and add them to the eggs while they cook or inside the omelet.


Directions

Beat the eggs and water together. Once the egg is cooking into an omelet, put the ham, cheese and salsa inside. Fold over and allow the new ingredients to heat.
