    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 medium whole vine ripened
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper or 1 habenero
    *Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 1 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp- one bunch
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz


for thinner salsa put it through the blender or processor a second time..


pre cut all into chunk sizes
put in small batches in salsa maker or food processor or blender ( blender works the best) mix all into large bowl and cover and chill..
