    Spinach, frozen, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Feta Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 small (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 2 fl oz (remove)
    *Wegman's Bakery, Sesame Topped Bagel, 1 serving (remove)


drain spinach, whisk eggs & milk, fold in spinach & tomato, cook in skillet turning once until firm. sprinkle feta on top.
