Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 large eggs, seperated
    1 1/2 cup milk
    5 tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

mix all dry ingredients. add egg yolks and wet ingredients. beat egg whites till they have stiff peaks. fold in egg whites. pour batter into waffle iron and cook till crispy
