    1 cup dry quinoa
    2 cups almond milk
    2 c ups water
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 Tablespoons coconut oil
    2 Tablsspoons flax seed


Mix ingredients together in a crock pot. Cook on low overnight
