    3/4 cup dry oat, 1 min quick cooking
    1/4 cup quinoa, rinsed + 1/2 cup water
    1-1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup original almond milk
    pinch of cinnamon


This is delicious with almonds and fruit or berries. Sweeten with no calorie sweetener or honey.


In microwave safe bowl, cook rinsed quinoa and water for 8 minutes.

In medium pot, bring 1-1/2 cup water to boil, add oats and stir. Reduce heat and cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. stir in quinoa and almond milk. Season with cinnamon.

4 servings.
