    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Flour Tortillas, 8 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 plum tomato


Cam be made with ground turkey or extra lean ground beef. I've also used 12 oz of ground meat instead of 16 and my fmaily didn't seem to know the difference. Low fat shredded cheddar can also be used.


Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning and prepare per instructions on seasoning packet. Shredd Lettuce, dice tomatoes. Heat tortillas per instructions on package. assemble and top with cheese.
