Introduction

Ingredients


    2,75 cup flour (360 grams)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 cup Butter (227 grams)
    1 cup white sugar (300 grams)
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Whisk flour, salt and baking powder together and set aside. Cream butter and sugar together until creamy then add eggs and vanilla and beat well until light and fluffy.

    Mix 1/3 cup sugar and 3 tsp. cinnamon. Using a very small scoop make a ball (about 1") and roll it in the cinnamon and sugar and then place on parchment covered cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

    Cook until slightly brown on the edges.

Directions

400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
A little less for softer cookie and little more for a crisp cookie.

Serving Size: makes about 60 2-1/2"" cookies
