Ingredients

    2.5 c. Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry
    1. c. Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    3/4 c. Coconut (Shredded)
    3/4 c. Mott's Applesauce, Original
    1/4 c Honey
    1/3 Packed Light Brown Sugar
    1/2 c. Chopped Walnut
    1/2 c. Sunflower Seeds, without salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, applesauce, honey & brown sugar. Mix until moist. Stir in the coconut & nuts.

Spread & lightly press mixture into the pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 & cut into 24 bars (do not remove from pan). Let cool at least another 10 minutes before removing from pan or serving.

Serving Size: Makes 24 bars
