Ingredients

    cup all-purpose flour
    cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    cup granulated sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. kosher salt

    1 egg
    1 cup non-fat milk
    2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 cup creamed corn

Directions

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix together. Spray round 8x8 or 9x9 pan with cooking spray and coat lightly with whole wheat flour. Bake 20-25min at 400 degree until top is lightly golden brown to corn-bread perfection! :)


Serving Size: if cut like a pie, makes 8 nice slice servings
