Ultra simple to make! Ultra simple to make!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups quinoa
    1 cup bulgur
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 large tin tomatoes
    3 large onions, chopped
    4 tbsp olive oil
    3 cups chicken broth or water
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

original recipe calls for 2x the olive oil
serve with rice
season to taste


Directions

heat up olive oil in large pot
add chopped onions and sauté until golden
add bulgur
sauté for another five minutes or so
add tomato paste
add tinned tomatoes
add broth
simmer for 10 minutes
after 10 minutes add quinoa
simmer for another 10 minutes
