    16 C water
    2 C carrots, sliced
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    2 C mushrooms, pieces
    4 Chicken boullion cubes
    (or 4 cups prepared broth)
    1T poultry seasoning
    3 C chicken, bones and skin removed, cubed
    (or 2 thighs and 2 breasts)
    1/2 C onion, diced


Combine all ingredients except noodles. Boil over med-hi heat for 45 minutes, or until carrots are tender. Add noodles and cook another 15 minutes, or until noodles are done. Will make approximately 10 servings of 12 ounces each.
