    2 whole skinless boneless chicken breasts boiled or slow cooked
    2 large stalks of celery chopped
    6 Tbsp mayo(calculated with regular)
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
    Any of your favorite seasonings


Boil chicken until tender, or cook overnight in a crockpot and cool. Chop into pieces of your liking. Add chopped celery, mayo, lemon juice, and seasonings and stir. Makes 6 servings.
