Introduction

This recipe is adapted from Hungry Girl to be Paleo. I eliminated the Fiber one and the potato chips and replaced them with Almond Meal. This recipe is adapted from Hungry Girl to be Paleo. I eliminated the Fiber one and the potato chips and replaced them with Almond Meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken tenderloin, cut into "nugget" shapes
    2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
    1/2 cup Almond Meal
    All To Taste
    Garlic powder
    Onion Powder
    Cayenne Pepper
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour hot sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
2. Combine almond meal with remaining ingredients and put in a shallow bowl.
3. Coat the chicken with the Almond Meal mixture and place on a cookie sheet topped with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, flip chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
