basic recipie for fried chicken breast but baked with oil. basic recipie for fried chicken breast but baked with oil.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 Chicken breast sliced open and deboned.
    1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (or regular)
    1 tsp chile flakes or powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp oregano (dried)
    1 egg
    4 tbsp oil


Can also be fried for those who can afford the extra oil.


1. Preheat oven.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients in one bowl.
3. Beat the egg with a small amount of water in another bowl.
4. Dip the chicken first in the egg and then in the crumbs.
5. Put half the oil on the baking sheet. Arrange the breaded chicken on the sheet and drizzle the rest of the oil on top.
6. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy.

Serving Size: 4 regular sizes or 2 giant sizes
