    1 cup coffee - brewed strong if possible
    1 cup skim milk
    sweetner of choice (I used Starbucks sugar free Cinnamon Dulce syrup)


Put skim milk in microwave for 1 minute to warm up. Place brewed coffee, warmed milk, and sweetner in blender. Blend until mixed and frothy.
