Tips
Make a big wok full for all the family. Put a lid on when cooked and can then be re-heated when needed. Great way to get fussy kids to eat brussels sprouts!

Clean and shred the brussels sprouts.
In a wok, heat the oil and fry the bacon and garlic until nearly crispy. Add the brussels sprouts a handful at a time and stir fry together.
