    3/4 C Granulated Sugar
    1/2 C Butter, softened
    2 Eggs
    1/3 C Milk (nonfat)
    1 C mashed Banana
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 C All-Purpose White Flour
    1 C Wheat flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 cups Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


I found that when I cook this as a bread rather than muffins or small loafs it tends to be too dry.


Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately, then combine. Grease bottom only of mini cupcake tin or use mini cupcake liners. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

These can also be made into regular sized muffins with increased bake time or bread however the temperature should be reduced to 350 if baking as bread and cooked for 50-60 minutes.
