    1lb 93% ground turkey
    1/2c frozen cut leaf spinach
    1/4 onion
    1tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1/3c egg substitute


Makes between 33-36 small meatballs

I use Ragu Light Tomato & Basil w/ no sugar added and Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Spaghetti & it compliments these meatballs nicely.


Pulse the spinach and onion in a food processor or mini chopper. Mix all ingredients together. Brown meatballs in a non stick frying pan. No oil needed. You may use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. Once browned, put in a pot with your choice of sauce and simmer until cooked through.
