    3 onion medium - chopped
    3 springs fresh herbs

    2 Cups Chicken broth
    2 Cups water
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp Montreal Steak pepper (spice)

    2 slices of light rye bread
    2 sices of FF Mozzarella slice


I make chicken broth from scratch after cooking a chicken, then I let is sit in the fridge overnight. The next day, I use the fat sitting on top of the broth to caramelize the onion (so margarine is only for calculation!)


Caramelize onion with in a large pan (4-5 min). Add water, broth and worcestershire sauce and spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover for 10 more min.

Broil the bread in the oven (2 min). Turn and cover with cheese. Broil for 2 more min. Cut into piece and place in soup.

Serve warm!!!!
