Introduction

New twist on a appetizer favorite. Add chicken, a pie crust and a few more veggies to make a week night dinner that makes everyone happy.
By pre-prepping in the crockpot this recipe can be frozen then baked in only about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

    •Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed(remove)
    •Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields(remove)
    •*artichoke heart frozen (12 pieces), 3 serving(remove)
    •Fage - 0%, 4 oz(remove)
    •Garlic powder, 2 tbsp(remove)
    •*Onion powder, 2 tbsp(remove)
    •Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"(remove)
    •Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 0.5 cup(remove)
    •Mushrooms, canned, .75 cup(remove)

Directions

Put packages of frozen spinach and artichokes in the crockpot with 2 chicken breasts. Cover with enough water to prevent sticking.) Add onion and garlic powder to taste. Turn on high for 4 hours or 8 on low.

Once the crockpot is finished, drain and put everything in a bowl with mushrooms and tomatoes, mix with greek yogurt. Put mixture in a pie crust and bake for 25-30 minutes. (Or freeze to bake later.)

Serving Size: Makes 8 equal pieces.
