Ingredients

    1.5 Cups Water
    1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2.75 Cups Bread Flour
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 Tbsp Sugar
    1.5 Tsp Salt
    1.5 Tsp Active Dry Yeast

    14 oz. Pizza Sauce
    1 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella
    1 Cup Pizza Blend Cheese
    1/2 Cup Chopped Green Peppers
    1/2 Cup Chopped or Sliced Mushrooms
    1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes

Directions

Makes 2 - 12 inch thick crust, or 4 - 12 inch thin crust.

Make dough using bread machine's dough setting. When dough is ready, split in half for thick crust pizza (as seen in nutrition information). You can also split the dough into quarters if you prefer a thin crust pizza.

Spread the dough out onto greased pizza pan or stone. Add sauce and desired toppings. The nutrition information is for this healthy and filling veggie pizza.

Cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
