    4-5 jalapeno peppers cut in half length wise
    3 oz neufchatel cheese
    2 oz fage 0%
    1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
    +1/8 cup Italian bread crumbs
    2 garlic cloves crushed
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Wear gloves when handling the peppers.


Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.

Mix all other ingredients together, reserving the 1/8 cup bread crumbs.

Divide the filling amoungst the pepper halves and press into the pepper. Roll in the remaining 1/8 cup bread crumbs.

Bake at 425 30-45 minutes. 30 minutes for spicier peppers, 45 for more mild peppers.
