Introduction

Creamy sorbet without eggs or cream
NOTE: add 1/2 cup of Truvia to swap out half of sugar

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients




    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cup
    Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp

Directions

In saucepan, whisk 1 1/2 cups water, sugar, cocoa, and pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and whisk frequently 45 seconds.

Remove from heat and add finely chopped chocolate until melted. Add vanila and remaining 3/4 cups of water. Tranfer to blender(necessary step) and blen for 15 seconds. Chill completely then freeze in ice cream maker. Can omit ice cream maker but will alter consistancy.

Serving Size: makes 8 -
