I eat 5-6 meals a day and this snack holds until the next meal! I eat 5-6 meals a day and this snack holds until the next meal!

    1 tbsp of almond butter
    2 grams of sunflower seeds without salt
    .25 tbsp of Agave honey (I measure 1/2 of 1/2 a tbsp)
    1/4 Flax, Oat bran & whole wheat Lavash
    1/2 tbsp of flax seed, ground


I do not refrigerate it so it stays soft.


spread almond butter, sprinkle the rest of the ingredients and roll it up.
