    1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup, divided
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 package of frozen mixed vegatables, thawed and drained
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided


1. pour small amount of soup in bottom of slow cooker
2. add chicken breast, vegatables and seasonings
3. mix in 1/2 of shredded cheese. cover with remaining soup
4. cover and cook on low 5-6 hrs or until veggies are cooked and chicken is no longer pink
5. sprinkle remaining cheese 10 - 15 minutes before servings
