    Cream cheese, softened
    Egg beaters (or 2 large eggs)
    Splenda or other sugar substitute
    Vanilla (1/4 tap.)

    Almond or other nut flour
    Whey protein
    Butter, melted
    Dash salt


Preheat oven to 325.

Line muffins tins with foil baking cups.

Combine all cake ingredients until smooth.

Combine crust ingredients, press into bottom of baking cups.

Pour cake mixture into cups, filling about 3/4 full.

Bake 25 min. or until set. Refrigerate before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 6 regular sized muffins
