    1/2 C Fage 0% Plain Lowfat Yogurt
    1 C Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1/4 C Frozen Unsweetened Blueberries
    1/4 C Frozen Unsweetened Raspberries
    3 Frozen Strawberries
    1 Scoop Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla


Put all ingredients in a blender (Magic Bullet works great). Blend for about 1 minute, until all fruit is blended. Enjoy!
