    1 cup uncooked quinoa
    2 cups almond milk
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup craisins
    1/2 cup dried apricots
    2 tablespoons coconut oil
    2 tablespoons milled flax seed
    1 tablespoons sliced almonds


Mix all ingredients in crock pot except almonds. Cook overnight. Stir in almonds before serving.
