    1/4 Cup finely chopped onions
    1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tabelespoon tomato puree
    2 cans (400 grams / 15 oz) tomatoes drained
    Hot chilies to taste
    80 sprigs fresh coriandra


Mix all ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste. If you want chunky salsa then adjust the way you chop onions and green peppers.

Serve with corn chips or pita chips.
