    1 pound Whole Wheat linguine
    3 cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 shallots, chopped
    2 T Olive Oil
    1 pound Shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 tsp Old Bay
    1 package fresh Spinach,
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 cup jarred Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce


Boil linguine. Sweat garlic and shallot in olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, italian seasoning and old bay to taste. Drain pasta and add to shrimp along with 1 cup of the pasta water. Add 1 cup spaghetti sauce and 1 package fresh spinach. Heat through to wilt spinach.
