    1-349gr Mori-Nu tofy,silken firm
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in 2" cubes
    1 bag Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry Vegetables
    2 C. broccoli with stems, chopped
    2T. olive oil
    1/4 C Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce


Heat 1 T. oil in large fry pay or wok. Add chicken and saute until lightly brown. Remove from skillet.
Add tofu and stir fry until lightly brown. Remove from skillet. Add 1 T. oil and add broccoli and stir fry until crisp-tender then add pepper stir fry vegetables and add back in chicken and tofu. Cook Minute brown rice as directed on package. Serve over brown rice.
