    1 cup peas
    1 cup edemame
    6 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 c shallots or onion finely chopped
    1 c sun dried tomatoes finely chopped
    1/2 c veggie broth
    1/2 c parsley
    6 c cooked linguine


Quick cook peas/edemame. Drain.

Saute garlic and onions in oil. Add sun dried tomatoes, peas and broth. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add drained pasta to the skillet. Toss lightly til sauce and veggies cover pasta. Add fresh pepper and salt with parsley.
