    3 or 4 chicken breast halves
    28 tsp chicken bouillon
    1.5 c parmesan cheese
    5 eggs
    3 packs frozen spinach
    1 c. acini de pepe (or small pasta)
    6 c. frozen meatballs (very small)
    Water till roaster is full


This recipe makes a full 18 quart roaster - 36 pints (bowls) - calories are calculated for 16 oz. portion

Boil chicken breasts - shred
place bouillon in about 1/2 the water with broth from chicken breasts in a roaster with eggs bring to boil add cheese and spinach as well as shredded chicken and meatballs (we get the meatballs at a local restaurant supply place). Fill the roaster with water. Add more bouillon to taste. Allow to cook 2.5 - 3 hours and serve.
