    * Tomato juice, with salt added, 4 cup
    * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.5 cup
    * Cucumber (peeled), 1.5 large (8-1/4" long)
    * Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 6 cloves
    * *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields
    * Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    * Basil, 2 tbsp
    * Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 individual packet


Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor; Blend until well combined but still chunky

Chill at least 2 hours before eating. Serve with homemade baked tortilla chips.
