Hearty crock pot meal ready when you get home.


chop onions and peppers and stirfry with olive oil in large skillet. add garlic after veggies are tender. place in crock pot with all of the other ingredients except the beef and spices. brown the ground beef in the same skillet then drain any grease out of the skillet and add all the spices to the meat and blend well. deglaze pan with beef broth. pour the meat mixture into the vegetable mixture, blend well, and cook on low for 8 hours.
