Introduction

Ingredients

    one box whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
    1 pound turkey, cooked and cubed
    1 can each low-fat cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp minced garlic
    one bag frozen mixed vegetables (like veg-all)
    1 cup shredded moz cheese
    1/2 cup grated parmesian
    1/4 cup 2% yellow cheese, shredded
    seasoning (Italian blend, tarragon, salt and pepper) to taste

Tips

great for left-over turkey


Directions

combine all ingredients reserving half of the cheeses in cassarole dish
sprinkle remaining cheese on top
bake covered 20 minutes
uncover and bake 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly

Serving Size: makes 9 1 1/2 cup servings
