    4 whole sliced banana's
    2 T cocoa powder
    2 T peanut butter


slice bananas, places slices in freezer container, freeze bananas, once frozen, place bananas into food processor, start chopping bananas, they will turn into a pebble looking mush, thats is fine this is want to happen, you'll need to stop your food processor scrape the sides, so the bananans are back in the bottom of the bowl, turn the processor back on you'll notice the bananas will start turning into a puree like soft service ice cream, which is want you want, add in your cocoa powder and peanut butter. once this is all well blended return to freezer to freeze hard like ice cream consistancy again. you can also add other of your favorite ingredients or a little milk to give it the consistancy of a milk shake! it's ice cream with out the guilt!
