Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    For 4 (1/2 cup ea) Servings:

    4 Bananas
    1/2 cup Blueberries - frozen
    1/2 cup Peach Slices - frozen
    8 Tbls Evaporated Milk

Tips

Note: If you get heart burn from bananas be sure to wait until they are very, very ripe before using. This will help that tremendously. At least it does for me!


Directions

Cut bananas in slices & freeze til mostly frozen.

Add to blender or food processor

Process about 5 minutes, stopping to push bananas down off sides of container.

Add 8Tbls evaporated milk.

Process to blend.

Add blueberries & peaches.

Process to blend.

Pour mixture into containers that can hold 1/2 cup liquid plus freezing expansion room. I use 1-cup plastic containers w/lids.

Can eat right away (like a smoothie texture) or freeze about 2 hours for (soft-serve texture) or until completely frozen for (ice-cream like texture).

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2-cup Servings
