    1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    2 Tbs Light Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    1 (10.75 oz) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 (10.75 oz) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
    3.5 Cups Swanson's Chicken Broth Fat Free
    1 Onion, finely diced
    1 Cup Celery, diced
    2 Cups Carrots. sliced
    5 Refrigerated Pillsbury Grands! Reduced Fat Buttermilk Biscuits


Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours. About an hour before serving, remove chicken and pull into pieces. Place torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker & cook until dough is no longer raw in the middle.
